Company History

In 1920 our company was founded as a manufacturer of technical rubber parts. The product range was able to be continually extended from shoe soles and heels to rubber hoses, bonded tired wheels, seals and rubber machined parts. In the post-war period, the company successfully established itself as a car supplier.

The opening up of Eastern Europe in 1989 presented an opportunity to construct a production plant in Sanok, Poland. Production capacity in Poland was also considerably extended in the following year through the acquisition of a further production plant in Hirschberg. At the beginning of the 1990s the company started to establish its competence in plastics processing. The success in this product area leads in the meantime to the establishment of our plastics processing plant in Schwelm.

Our certification in line with all current ISO and customer standards is a foundation for further expansion.
